Sheila is a multidisciplinary artist based in Kilkenny and Dublin, Ireland. Since beginning her practice in 2013 with a focus on figurative sculpture, her work has evolved into abstract and semi-abstract forms centred on mark-making. Exploring themes of lived experience, resilience, and connection, her work engages with nature, climate, hidden illness, and feminism. Sheila has exhibited in group shows at the Schoolhouse for Art Enniskerry, Galway City Gallery, MART Gallery Dublin, and NCAD.
